Super Tech was contracted in 2007 by Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) to supply and install a CCTV system at the Tema and Takoradi ports.
In 2012 Super Tech upgraded the Tema port system with additional CCTV equipment. During all phases of the project, Super Tech installed 400 cameras (fix and PTZ).
In 2021 Super Tech was contracted to upgrade the current video recording system and replaced it with a new generation Verint VMS system.
Super Tech supplied and installed the following solutions:
- Verint Video recording system
- IP cameras (which replaced the previous analog cameras)
- A new control room
- VMS (video management system)
- Video analytics
