We have teams available across the country for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Project support services – The team supports the Super Tech project teams to deliver full scope, all-inclusive projects, comprehensively deploying the right solutions for our customers
- Support Teams – The team offers our customers a 24x7x365 SLA for monitoring and maintenance of their critical systems, either remotely or onsite.
- We work with Our Blue Chip partners like EMC, Dell, Oracle, HP, Cisco, IBM, Sun and others, to understand the dynamics of our customers’ business environment, maintaining first-class standards to bring their businesses to the global marketplace in a world-class way.
Our Technical Support offering includes a variety of models – proactive and reactive with quick response times to meet the business needs of our clients. We also offer full managed services for our customers.
